Guide to the Double Dip

Double Dip is a long piece of candy you can dip into different flavours of powdered sherbet. Because of the sherbet, a fizzy sensation is created when you eat them. The original flavours were orange and cherry. But now you can also dip them into Cola flavoured sherbet. How great is that?

These wonderful sweets were invented by Swizzels-Matlow in the mid 20th century and reached their peak sales in the 80s.

Even though they may not be as popular as they were in the 80s, these sweets have stood the test of time and are still around for you to buy. Maybe you can even help this candy reach the top again by buying some Double Dips from our stores in Central and Wan Chai.
