At Mrsimms, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with full transparency regarding shipping costs and delivery times.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destination

  • We currently ship within Hong Kong only.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery time starts after the order is shipped, not on the order date.
  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or public holidays.

Shipping Fees (Hong Kong)

  • Standard Delivery Fee: HKD 40 per order
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over HKD 350
  • Shipping fees are fixed and clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Products on Display (Display-to-Order)

  • Products displayed in our physical store can be ordered online and shipped directly to customers.
  • The same shipping fees and delivery timelines apply to display items.

Delivery Carriers

We use reliable local carriers, including:

  • SF Express
  • Hongkong Post
    (or equivalent local courier services)

Carrier selection depends on delivery location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive:
    • A shipping confirmation email
    • A tracking number (if applicable)
  • Tracking details can be viewed via the carrier’s tracking system.

Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • Someone must be available to receive the package.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or absence may result in additional redelivery charges.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier service disruptions

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos (if applicable)
