Guide to Candy Floss (Cotton Candy)
Share
Candy floss (also known as cotton candy) is a fibrous, fluffy, sweet candy. The first electric cotton candy machine was invented in 1897 by William Morrison and John C. Wharton in Nashville.
Did you know, candy floss was originally named “Fairy floss”? It was renamed to Cotton Candy in the 1920s.
Cotton Candy is a must buy at carnivals and fairs but it also comes in tubs at our stores in Central and Wan Chai. So come on down and buy some! Also, don’t forget to share this post with your family and friends, comment below on what sweets you think we should write about next and come back in a few weeks for another post.
